Every component, counted
Resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, pots, jacks, switches, PCBs and enclosures: each with its own unit, cost and low-stock level, so you know a batch can be finished before you start it.
For electronics assembly & guitar pedal builders
Pedals, amps, synth modules, PCB assemblies or small-batch devices: TFM Manufacturing keeps count of every component, board and enclosure, builds from bills of materials with dozens of parts, and tells you what each unit really costs. We build our own pedals with it.

TFM Manufacturing fixes that.
Resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, pots, jacks, switches, PCBs and enclosures: each with its own unit, cost and low-stock level, so you know a batch can be finished before you start it.
Enter a bill of materials once, down to the last solder lug. Variants handle different enclosure colours, finishes or component options, each with its own BOM and price.
Start a batch of 25 and every component comes out of inventory at once. Complete it and the units go on the shelf, or onto the orders waiting for them.
Each build records what its parts cost that day. Receipts from Mouser, Digi-Key, Tayda or any supplier update your average costs, so your margins stay honest.
Sold out? Your site can show "made to order, ships in 3 weeks" from our API, keep taking orders, and put the rest on the build list automatically.
Breadboard and prototype builds use real parts and record the cost as R&D. If a prototype is good enough to sell, move it into stock.
Twelfth Fret Music designs and builds its own guitar pedals. Every component in them is tracked in TFM Manufacturing.
Yes. A BOM can have as many lines as the product needs, from the PCB and enclosure to every resistor and solder lug.
Yes. Add each component with the supplier part number and what you paid; when an order arrives, record it and the average cost updates. TFM Manufacturing isn't affiliated with any supplier.
Yes. Give any component a minimum quantity and it's flagged as low stock when it drops below that.
Yes. Each option is a variant with its own bill of materials, price and stock.
